What you're probably wondering

Do I own the website if I stop paying?

Yes — completely and always. Your domain is registered in your name. Your website files are on hosting in your name. Your Google accounts are yours. If we stop working together for any reason, you keep everything and can hand it to anyone you choose. I will never hold a client's digital assets hostage — that's a practice I consider unethical and won't do.

What does "real-time monitoring" actually mean?

On the Premium and Budget packages, I run automated checks on your site every few minutes. If your site goes down, loads too slowly, or has a security issue — I know before you do and I fix it immediately. On the Tech Only package there's no monitoring: if something breaks, you'll find out when a customer tells you or when you notice it yourself.

What's the difference between Premium and Budget support?

Both packages give you direct access to me — not a ticket queue or an offshore helpdesk. Premium gets you same-day phone and text response for questions, changes, and urgent issues. Budget gets you a 1–2 business day email and text response. For most routine needs, Budget support is perfectly sufficient. Premium support is for businesses where the website is directly generating significant revenue and a problem that sits for a day has a real cost.

Can I start with Tech Only and upgrade later?

Yes — that's by design. The site is built the same way regardless of which package you start with. Upgrading to Budget or Premium adds the management layer on top of what's already built. No penalty, no rebuild required, no minimum commitment to start. Many businesses start with Tech Only to validate the investment before committing to monthly management.

What does "automated review requests" mean in plain English?

When you mark a job as complete in your system, GoHighLevel automatically sends your customer a text message with a direct link to leave you a Google review — no copy-pasting, no remembering to ask. Google review volume and recency are the most powerful factors in local search rankings. This single feature is what most Premium clients point to when asked what made the biggest difference in the first 90 days.
